Federcanapa – Federazione Italiana Canapa

Federcanapa, the Federation of Italian hemp, was created to give voice and technical-scientific support to the many initiatives taking place in all Italian Regions and to establish an authoritative representation towards the Government, regional administrations and other industrial sectors.

The main mission of Federcanapa is to protect the interests of hemp growers and first processors (Cannabis sativa L.) grown in Italy in institutional locations and vis-à-vis other economic sectors. To this end, the federation aims to promote research and provide reliable, scientifically correct information on the methods of cultivation and processing of industrial hemp and its potential applications.
